Dear Clients and Friends: 

I sincerely hope you and your family are staying healthy and doing well through these difficult times. I'm thinking positively for world healing and sending prayers to our healthcare providers and those who have been the most impacted. Besides well-wishing, I am doing my part by adhering to our state orders and health experts for recommendations to flatten the curve.

Instead of my usual weekly portfolio of the latest real estate offerings. I am opening lines of communication and invite you to check in with me anytime with a call, email, or Facetime. Rest assured, to remain as educated as possible on the fluidity of the real estate market, I am conferring with other top brokers nationwide and attending virtual meetings/webinars just about every day to stay current on the market and economy. The upshot of the industry is that we are managing to complete transactions and there is more real estate activity than one would think. There is still a need to sell now, and a need to buy now, keeping the market active. Not to mention there are some incredible ''Opportunity Buys". With modern technology, transactions are being completed by using video conference platforms, virtual tours, online apps and mobile devices. Real estate is now shown digitally, meetings are held remotely, inspections are conducted individually by participating vendors and my intelligent and resourceful Coldwell Banker team always finds a way to get it done right.

In closing, priority #1 is to protect the well-being of yourself, your family, and your neighbors.
